Lael LeBlanc Sr. is the owner and founder of LeBlanc Construction. In 1993, Lael started construction in Manhattan, Kansas and eventually relocated to Okmulgee, Oklahoma - where the company was founded. With over 30 years of experience, LeBlanc Construction specializes in commercial construction, residential construction, and consultation. Our team of skilled craftsmen are proficient and dependable.

Lael is the Chairman of the Okmulgee City Planning & Zoning Committee where he helps facilitate the meetings for city re-zoning applications. LeBlanc Construction aims to serve the community and surrounding areas and transform visions into realities through expert craftsmanship, community dedication, and exceptional quality in every project.
